With extensive industry experience spanning 15 years in development, production and leadership roles, my understanding of the personal challenges within TV and Film make me uniquely positioned to offer coaching to those in the industry.
 

• I trained and qualified in Transformational Coaching with Animas Centre for Coaching, the world’s leading school of Transformational Coaching, accredited by the globally recognised International Coach Federation (ICF).

• I have an extensive knowledge of the industry, previously working for BBC development, BBC Radio 1, Kudos Film and TV, Origin Pictures, Tempesta Film, ARG at Avalon TV and now having spent a decade at Big Talk Productions.

• I am on a mission to change this stressful, competitive and, at times toxic, industry to a more supportive, empowering environment for professional growth and believe coaching is such a powerful tool to cultivate this.

• As a TV producer at Big Talk, I’ve developed and produced two series of RTS Award-winning Peacock (People Just do Nothing team) for BBC3, Screen Nation award-winning comedy-drama series Just a Couple (Sebastian Thiel) . In addition to these, I helped develop both series of award-winning comedy Back (Simon Blackwell) for C4, the BAFTA-nominated ITV2 comedy series Timewasters (Daniel Lawrence Taylor) and comedy-drama series Defending the Guilty (Kieron Quirke) for BBC2.

 

• ​I am deeply interested in evolving our working culture and have given talks at and working with the LOCO Film Festival, CTBF, BAFTA Guru, RTS, The Smalls Film Festival, and on the jury for the BAFTA TV Awards and BAFTA Rocliffe New Writing.

 

• I am committed to championing minority voices and boosting the support of women in competitive industries as much as possible. To this end, I've helped set up an inclusive coaching space for women to be supported as they rise within the industry and helped set up the Betty and Peter script writing programme, launching new script writers into the industry. I also feature in the 2022 Dove TV campaign, speaking on empowering women and their representation on our screens.
